How to delete an AI Agent

If you no longer need an AI Agent, you can delete it directly from your dashboard.

[!WARNING] Deleting an AI Agent will permanently remove it from your account, and you won’t be able to recover it. All data associated with the agent — including collected contacts, conversation history, analytics, and knowledge base sources — will be destroyed permanently.

How to delete an agent

To permanently delete an AI Agent:

1. Open your workspace and select the AI Agent you want to delete.
2. From the sidebar menu, click on Delete under the General Settings section.
3. Click the red Delete button.
4. A confirmation modal will appear. Confirm the deletion by typing delete permanently in the text box.
5. Click Delete to finalize the removal.
