Download transcripts

If you’d like your AI Agent users to have the helpful option to download offline copies of their chat transcripts, you can easily turn on this feature directly within the widget’s appearance settings.

How to allow users to download transcripts

1. Open your AI Agent’s workspace dashboard.
2. Open the widget designer (by clicking the brush icon under the Deploy section).
3. Click Configure from the left sidebar menu.
4. Toggle on the Allow users to download chat transcripts option.
5. Click Save to instantly update your live widget.
