Language

The widget is available in over 45 localized languages. You can fully customize the language of your AI Agent to match your audience’s native preferences. This setting affects all static text elements within the widget itself, including input placeholders, buttons, and system messages.

By default, the language is set to Auto. This means that the AI Agent will automatically detect and perfectly match the user’s localized language based on their web browser settings.

Set the language

1. Open the widget designer from your workspace dashboard.
2. Click Interface from the sidebar menu.
3. Use the Widget language dropdown to strictly select the localization language of your AI Agent.
4. Click Save to instantly apply your changes.

[!NOTE] If you leave the language set to Auto, the widget will automatically detect the user’s preferred language based on their browser settings and adapt on the fly.
