To natively integrate PicoBot with your PrestaShop eCommerce site, you can download our dedicated module and inject your unique widget code directly into it.

How to install the widget

Follow these steps to deploy the AI Agent to your PrestaShop site:

1. Go to your PicoBot workspace dashboard.
2. Click the Deploy button in the sidebar menu.
3. Click the Manage button under the Website Widget option.
4. Optional: Design the appearance of the widget by clicking the Open widget designer button.
5. Select the display mode for your AI Agent, such as Floating Chat, Inline, or Fullscreen.
6. Click to copy the widget code.
7. Download the PicoBot PrestaShop module (zip file).
8. Extract the downloaded zip file on your computer and open the unzipped picobot folder.
9. Inside the folder, open the picobot.php file using a standard text editor of your choice, such as Notepad on Windows or TextEdit on macOS.
10. Scroll to the very bottom of the file and locate the exact line that says: <!-- Paste code snippet here -->
11. Replace that line entirely with the widget code snippet you copied in step #6.
12. Save the file and close your text editor.
13. Re-zip the picobot folder. (Note: Do not rename the folder to anything else before zipping, otherwise the module won’t be recognized by PrestaShop).
14. Go to your live PrestaShop admin panel. From the left sidebar menu, click Module > Module Manager.
15. Click the Upload a module button in the top right corner. Browse your computer and select the new zip file you just created.

Once the module finishes uploading and installing, the widget will be live on your website!
