Auto-sync data sources

Auto-syncing allows you to automatically re-crawl and sync your Knowledge Base data sources at specified intervals, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.

This ensures that your AI Agent is always up to date with the absolute latest information from your website without requiring any manual intervention from your team.

How to enable auto-syncing

To set up an auto-sync schedule for your sources:

1. Open your AI Agent’s dashboard and go to the Knowledge Base page.
2. Find the specific data source you want to automate in the table.
3. In the Auto-sync column, click on the current auto-sync value (which defaults to Never).
4. Select your preferred sync interval from the dropdown menu (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly).

Bulk auto-sync configuration

If you want to enable auto-syncing for multiple data sources at once:

1. Click the checkboxes next to the sources you want to automate.
2. Click the Change auto-sync frequency button that appears at the top of the table.
3. Select an interval from the dropdown to instantly update all selected sources at once.
