Remove PicoBot branding

You can easily remove the “Powered by PicoBot” watermark from your AI Agent widget to create a completely white-labeled experience for your customers.

Which plans can remove the branding?

The branding can be successfully removed if you’re currently on the Ultimate plan, or by purchasing the Remove “Powered by PicoBot” branding add-on for your workspace.

How to remove the branding

  1. Open the widget designer from your workspace dashboard.
  2. Click Configure from the left sidebar menu.
  3. Toggle on the Hide “Powered by PicoBot” option.
  4. Click the Save button to apply the changes to your live widget.
