Operating hours

You can strictly define the operating hours for your AI Agent to control exactly when it should be available to your website visitors. This is highly useful if you want to limit the widget’s availability to certain times of the day or week, such as strictly during business hours or solely off-hours.

When outside of the defined operating hours, your AI Agent will automatically hide itself from the website, ensuring it’s only live when you actually want it to be.

Set operating hours

1. From your workspace dashboard, go to the Settings page for your AI Agent.
2. Click on the Visibility tab.
3. Under the Operating hours section, click the Set operating hours button.
4. Select the days and times when the AI Agent should be visually present. (Note: The timezone is set to UTC).
5. To keep the widget visible throughout an entire day, simply leave the start and end times completely empty for that day.
6. Click the Add button to add the schedule block.
7. Click the Save button to finalize your changes.

Once you define the operating hours, the AI Agent will only be visible on your website during those specified times and completely hidden outside of those blocks.

Edit existing operating hours

Currently, to edit existing operating hours, you must delete the specific schedule blocks that you want to change, and then add them back with the new desired times.
