Geo-blocking

If you’re receiving a lot of spam from visitors of certain countries, or you simply don’t want to make your AI Agent available in certain countries due to compliance, you can easily block them using the Geo-blocking feature.

By blocking countries, the widget will be instantly disabled and hidden for all visitors originating from those specified regions.

How to block countries

1. Open your AI Agent’s workspace dashboard.
2. Go to the Settings page from the sidebar menu.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Under the Geo-blocking section, type and choose the specific countries you want to block from accessing the widget.
5. Click Save to lock in your security changes.
