Display AI sources

You can configure your AI Agent to clearly display the exact sources it used to generate its responses. This builds trust with your users by allowing them to click through to the original documentation or webpage.

How to enable sources

1. Open the widget designer from your workspace dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Configure tab.
3. Enable the Show Sources for AI Response option.
4. Once enabled, you can customize the behavior by selecting the maximum number of sources to display per message, and which specific types of sources should be shown.

(Note: The AI Agent will only show sources if it actually used them to formulate its answer).
