If you already use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage scripts on your website, you can easily deploy PicoBot through a custom HTML tag without needing to edit your website’s codebase directly.

Follow these steps to deploy the AI Agent via Google Tag Manager:

  1. Go to your PicoBot workspace dashboard.
  2. Click the Deploy button in the sidebar menu.
  3. Click the Manage button under the Website Widget option.
  4. Optional: Design the appearance of the widget by clicking the Open widget designer button.
  5. Select the display mode for your AI Agent, such as Floating Chat, Inline, or Fullscreen.
  6. Click to copy the widget code.
  7. Go to Google Tag Manager and open your website’s container.
  8. Click on Add a new tag.
  9. Enter a descriptive name for the tag, such as PicoBot Widget.
  10. Click on Tag Configuration.
  11. Scroll down the menu and select Custom HTML.
  12. Paste the PicoBot widget code into the HTML field.
  13. Click on the Triggering box below the configuration.
  14. Select All Pages to ensure the widget loads everywhere on your site.
  15. Click Save, and then Submit to publish your GTM workspace changes.
