Visibility

You can control exactly which pages on your website the AI Agent widget appears on. This is useful if you want to show the widget only on specific pages (e.g., your support page) or hide it on others (e.g., your checkout or login pages).

How to configure page visibility

1. Open your AI Agent’s workspace dashboard.
2. Go to the Settings page from the sidebar menu.
3. Click the Visibility tab.
4. Under the Page visibility section, choose one of the following options:
   • Show on all pages — The widget appears on every page of your website by default.
   • Show only on specific pages — Enter a list of URL paths where the widget should be visible.
   • Hide on specific pages — Enter a list of URL paths where the widget should be hidden.
5. Click Save to apply the changes.

[!NOTE] Page visibility rules are evaluated dynamically as users navigate your website, including Single Page Applications (SPAs) that use client-side routing.
